MyMeds is a personal tracking tool — not a medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately. For non-emergency medical questions, contact your doctor, pharmacist, or poison control (1-800-222-1222 in the US).
Since MyMeds stores data locally in your browser and has no backend server, I can't look up your personal data, recover deleted entries, or transfer your data between devices.
